Problem of is straightening of environmental law influenced by policy of government in management of natural resources in Indonesia. Political will through governance in area which in it there are positive law product oftentimes used by other party for the sake of economical and take no account of taken place management of national natural resources. Though the positive law product aim to depress damage of natural resources that happened in area. Therefore involvement of role of local government, law enforce and powered of society in straightening of environmental should be maximal.
