The result of research to this problem had been shown by police part in effort to defend criminalization in children at family, which had been done by Police Resort Malang is available Women and Children Protection Unit, cooperate with LSM, as assistant volunteer and Saiful Anwar Hospital and do investigator until the case prove completeness. The problem faced in effort to this defend is lack of law consciousness from society or children itselt and there is not available cost vise liberation for children whose victims.
